Michelle joins Fresh Face Skin Clinic with over a decade of nursing experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Hennepin County Medical Center, where she also held leadership and management roles. Her clinical expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach make her an exceptional aesthetic provider.

Her interest in aesthetics began years ago when she started receiving her own treatments and experienced firsthand the boost in confidence they brought. That personal journey inspired her to combine her nursing skills with her passion for helping others look and feel their best.

Michelle lives in St. Michael with her high school sweetheart, now husband, and is the proud mom of four, including a set of twins! When she’s not in the clinic, she’s busy with family life and cherishing time with her kids.

Sarah is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in facial aesthetics and the founder of Fresh Face Skin Clinic with over 6 years of experience as an injector and 15 years as a nurse. Sarah is passionate about creating beautiful, natural results that enhance her patient’s unique features. Before becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Sarah worked as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse and attributes her skill, attention to detail, and gentle approach to her years as a peds nurse.

Sarah started Fresh Face Skin Clinic to create a non-intimidating, results-driven experience for her patients. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patient’s concerns, establish treatment goals and create a customized treatment plan.

Sarah is a Minnesota native and is married to her high-school sweetheart, Phil. They have two beautiful children and spend their weekends watching their kids play sports!! Sarah loves relaxing beach vacations, trying out new restaurants, skincare, makeup, fashion, and interior design!
